A few weeks ago, I was in room 4. The room was clean,tidy, and smelt fresh and had awesome art on the walls.I had a shower 🚿 to freshen up and had a coffee ☕️. Coffee was nice. They had a pool and a barbecue area that was popular as there were people queuing up to use it. Wonderful smell of onions cooking, mmmm.

Its the first time I have been in Myrtleford this past weekend and we stayed at this motel; the room was a nice size with a very pleasant bathroom. Felt everything was clean and well presented. Would be happy to go back again. Reception was very pleasant when we arrived and when we left.

We always stay at the Golden Leaf Motel on the way to Mount Hotham for our ski holidays with our 3 kids. We book the family room which is comfortable and there are a couple of little pubs nearby you can go for dinner. They also offer breakfast in the morning. It is only an hour or so drive up..

Good place to stay for cyclists doing the rail trails. Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was spacious and comfortable. A quiet place to stay, modern and clean. We were able to leave our car there for a couple of days while riding the rail trails at no cost.

Turned up after midnight and had difficulty finding the motel as all lights were off at the road side and there were no street lights. Luckily we had seen the motel on a previous visit to the town so knew roughly where to look for it. The owners said the next morning that the signs are turned off at midnight...
